Logging in to eClass Tutorial

To Begin:

1. To login to eClass, you should begin by logging in to HSP. The easiest way to login to HSP is from the main web page: http://www.cmacademy.org In the upper right corner, you will see a link labeled Login, click it.




2. This will bring up the login screen. Please enter your Username and Password as given to you in your welcome packet by the Director of Admissions in the High Stakes Pro Student Login area. The lower box is for CMA/AO staff, and will not accept a student login.




3. Now you will see the HSP v.1 Main Interface. On the lower right of the screen you will see a section with the Heading eClass Schedule. Below it will be a list of your Mentor(s) and Core Subject Specialists (CSS's). Click on the Mentor or CSS's name to enter their eClass.




4. At this screen you should enter your name as the Mentor would recognize it. If the mentor does not recognize the name, they will not allow you to enter the eClass.




5. A wait screen like this one will appear momentarily as you are connected to your eClass.




6. Next, this status bar will appear momentarily.




7. This screen will flash on your monitor with the name of your eClass in place of the word Demo shown here.




8. As the eClass screen appears, it will ask you to allow eClass to connect to your microphone and camera. Click ALLOW




9. Welcome to your eClass!
