Minimum Technology Requirements Click here for a list of the current minimum technology requirements for CMA students. Instructional Support Your EF is your first point of contact for most support situations. Your EF will either be able to help you directly or connect you with the correct person who can assist you. Students also connect directly with course instructors through the learning management system. Tech Support To streamline support services, students contact their primary point of contact, their educational facilitator (EF). For issues that are not able to be handled directly by the EF, who is then supported by a technology team. In some cases, a tech support member will need to contact the student directly. Important Note: CMA is able to support its own systems. However, for liability reasons, CMA cannot provide tech support beyond its own systems and advises that one consults with the provider for those services for support (i.e. contact Internet provider for Internet support; contact computer retailer or warranty provider for hardware support).
