All Students are Gifted

All students are gifted, and all have special needs; our strengths and our "weaknesses" come from a common source. Throughout history, inventors, artists, and creative thinkers who impacted our world often serve as examples of those who learned differently and took unique paths to reach their dreams.

CMA students are encouraged to learn through their strengths and to build their talents, leading to a sense of positive affirmation and to greater student success. They are assigned a personal educational facilitator (EF) who mentors, advocates, and serves as a point of contact, and students can keep the same EF year after year. Course instructors are empowered to tailor instruction to meet individual student needs and preferences. Also, the flexible scheduling and pacing allows students to learn when and where they learn best, and also to move faster through material they know while moving more slowly through difficult subjects.
