High School

As an online personalized learning school, CMA provides flexible learning options to meet student needs. Both full-time and part-time enrollment are available, including credit recovery, ACT and SAT test-prep, and summer school.

High School Courses

• 2009 Course Catalog: current courses offered through CMA, both online and offline.
• Course Schedule: lists online course availability. While most courses are available year-round, some electives are rotated in their availability in an online format.

Diploma Options

Personalized paths for individual goals: CMA's graduation requirements ensure that students receive a well-rounded, solid education while maintaining the flexibility to meet individual student goals for life after graduation.

• Standard: a student meeting CMA's graduation requirements will earn a high school diploma.
• College Prep: students planning on attending university need to review each potential university's entrance requirements and to carefully select a course of study to meet those requirements.
• Career Prep: careful course selection, both options for core requirements as well as electives, can allow a student to gain career-specific skills while earning a high school diploma.
• Honors/AP: CMA is proud of its "honorable honors program" that incorporates personal development and community service while guiding students towards higher-level learning within areas of interest.
• Adult High School Diploma Completion: adult students have other life responsibilities, making the flexibility that CMA's online program offers that much more important.

Counseling Department

Students consult with their educational facilitator and counselor to select a course of study that meets their goals and needs. The counselor is also available to review current standing and to help ensure that each student is steadily progressing towards graduation as well as towards post-graduation goals.
