PAYMENT and REFUND POLICY
Clicking on "Submit Form" below indicates that you accept the terms and conditions of the following agreement: Enrollment in Christa McAuliffe Academy is on an annual basis and the annual amount for each Program Option is divided into equal monthly installments for the convenience of the client. If the student takes time off for any reason or does not make academic progress, that does not release the client from the financial obligation pursuant to this annual agreement. Regular monthly payments must continue to be made as long as the student is enrolled. If a client decides to withdraw a student, said client must submit written notice of such intent at least 30 days prior to the effective withdrawal date. Said student is considered enrolled until the end of the 30 day notice period and shall be entitled to continued services from CMA for that period. STUDENTS WHO WITHDRAW WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RE-ADMISSION FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF WITHDRAWAL. The registration fee and the first month's tuition must accompany this enrollment form. Subsequent monthly tuition is due on the 1st day of each month. WE DO NOT send monthly statements. Please send payments promptly each month, payable to Christa McAuliffe Academy. IF AN ACCOUNT IS PAST DUE MORE THAN 15 DAYS, SERVICES WILL BE SUSPENDED AND A LATE CHARGE WILL BE ADDED. If a credit card is selected as the method of payment, CMA will automatically process the card for payment on the first business day of each month. Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable.

Student-Centered Leadership Conference
Students may apply for a scholarship to attend the Student-Centered Leadership Conference to be held at our Beijing, China Campus in November, 2007.
