Eligibility

CMA is a private, diploma-granting accredited online school open to students in the U.S. and around the world in grades K-12. Adults seeking high school completion are encouraged to apply with CMA to finish the high school courses required to earn a diploma from CMA.

CMA serves both full- and part-time students from any Internet connection throughout the world. Full-time students attend CMA as their primary school. Students can choose to take one, two, or three classes at a time; upon completing a course, students can immediately begin another course.

Part-time enrollments are available for students in middle and high school. All individual courses offered through the part-time program come with online curriculum, access to the online learning platform, a highly-qualified course instructor, and an official transcript.

Enrollment Process

• Click here to fill out the Enrollment Form.
  • If you are not sure what you want for your first course, list "unsure" in the space provided.
  • The form includes a link to a "Pre-Approval" form; this is for students enrolled in another school who wish to take a CMA class for transfer back to their other school.
• By the end of the next business day, you will be contacted by CMA to gather any additional information and to process your enrollment. If you do not hear back, please contact the office immediately.
• Additional information request will include identification (i.e. birth certificate, picture ID). Transcripts will need to be requested for full-time students. Credits earned from previous public or accredited schools can be transferred toward our graduation requirements.
• Within two business days, a part-time student will be contacted by the course instructor(s), and a full-time student will be contacted by his or her educational facilitator (EF). The EF will work with the student and family to create a learning plan tailored to the student.
• The EF will submit the student's first course request(s), which is typically processed within one business day, at which point the student can access course(s) and connect with course instructors.
• Enrolling Now for Later Start Date: The above timeline is different for those submitting an enrollment to be processed later, such as submitting an enrollment in the spring for a start date in the fall. One's EF will be assigned closer to the actual start date, usually about one week prior to the start date.

Tuition & Fees

Please select the tuition option that best serves your needs. A valid checking account, savings account, or credit card is required from which monthly payments can be withdrawn.

School Partnerships: individual programs and schools can contact the Director of Education for tuition rates.

Fees:

• $99 Registration fee for full-time enrollments
• $50 AP course fee, per semester course; only students taking AP courses pay this fee.

Full-time

• Course access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
• Includes the following:
  • diagnostic skills assessments
  • services of an educational facilitator - a certified teacher who serves as a guide and advocate for each student
  • services of a certified school counselor providing a comprehensive guidance counseling program

High School
9th-12th grades

• $5,995/year pre-paid unlimited enrollment (50% payment upon enrollment with up to 4 months to pay the remaining balance). This is an excellent option for those who plan to finish high school in less than 4 years or who need to make up courses in order to graduate within 4 years.

• $4,500/year (limited to 6 credits/ full-year courses).  This is a discounted option for those who work at a more traditional pace - completing one year of credits during the year.
  • $455/month on 10 month pay plan (includes $5.00/month service charge)
  • $380/month on 12 month pay plan (includes $5.00/month service charge)

• 2,395/semester (limited to 3 credits/full year courses) This is a discounted option for those who work at a more traditional pace - completing one year of credits during the school year, but who want to sign up for a single semester.
  • $599/month on 4 month pay plan
  • $484/month on 5 month pay plan (includes $5.00/month service charge)

Middle School
6th-8th grades

• $5,295/year pre-paid unlimited enrollment (50% payment upon enrollment with up to 4 months to pay the remaining balance). This is an excellent option for those who plan on taking several high school courses for credit along with their regular coursework or who wish to progress more than one grade level in a year.

• $4,200/year (limited to 6 credits/ full-year courses) This is a discounted option for those who work at a more traditional pace - completing one year of credits during the year.
  • $425/month on 10 month pay plan (includes $5.00/month service charge)
  • $355/month for 12 month pay plan (includes $5.00/month service charge)

• 2,195/semester (limited to 3 credits/full year courses) This is a discounted option for those who work at a more traditional pace - completing one year of credits during the school year, but who want to sign up for a single semester.
  • $550/month on 4 month pay plan
  • $444/month on 5 month pay plan (includes $5.00/month service charge

Elementary
K-5th grade

• $4,995/year pre-paid unlimited enrollment (50% payment upon enrollment with up to 4 months to pay the remaining balance).  This is an excellent option for those who plan on advancing more than the equivalent of one grade level over the course of the year.

• $3,900/year (one full grade level of completion maximum) This is a discounted option for those who work at a more traditional pace - completing the equivalent of one year of credits during the year. Note that a student is still allowed the flexibility to be in different grade levels for different subject areas.

  • $330/month on 12 month pay plan (includes $5.00/month service charge

• 1,995/semester (equivalent of 1/2 grade level completion maximum) This is a discounted option for those who work at a more traditional pace - completing one year of credits during the school year, but who want to sign up for a single semester.
  • $499/month on 4 month pay plan
  • $404/month on 5 month pay plan (includes $5.00/month service charge

Part-time
One time fee, per semester/year course, with 90 days to complete unless indicated otherwise:

• $395/695 High School
• $375/695 Middle School
• $100 30-Day Extension

Credit Recovery
